Yes, you can arrange the Mocasa gift card's issue date at most 90 days in advance. Please make your demand to our sales representative. If you ask the Mocasa gift card to issue immediately, according to the system processing time, your Mocasa gift card will be issued within 1 to 2 working day.
If you choose the standard card surface design, according to the system processing time, it can be issued within 1 working day as soon as possible. If you choose to design custom card surfaces by Mocasa, this may require an additional 1 to 2 working days.
Yes, we welcome your custom gift message. You can customize: Sender Name, Sender's Logo, Sender's Message, and Card Design. Customized message does not incur additional fees. If you need Mocasa to customize Card Design, it needs an additional 1 to 2 working days.

We accept Visa, Prepaid Checks and bank transfer. The payment should be completed before the gift card is issued. For details, please contact our sales representatives.
If you have not signed a letter of intention with Mocasa, we can cancel your order for free. If it is signed, an additional processing fee may occur.
Mocasa will accept returns up to 7 days after original receipt (if order is complete, Gift Cards were not activated and all Gift Cards have full value)
No. All sales are final. Inactivated cards could be returned within 7 days after payments received.
We are currently only capable of updating emails or SMS messages that failed to send. For e-mails or SMS messages that have been sent successfully, we have no ability to withdraw, modify or replace the recipients or content.
