First of all, please download Mocasa app for merchant on google play store. And then prepare a photo of your physical store with a clear store name or a store’s logo if it’s online store, the business permit, and the valid ID of the owner, and our sales team will walk you through the whole process in person.
Mocasa charges a commission fee from 3% to 15% on each payment customers paid using Mocasa Credit. The exact fee differs from the store’s category, its revenue, location, and other aspects. Please council with our sales to get the exact number. We don’t charge any other fees except the commission fees.
We don’t charge you any fees if customers pay with other options instead of Mocasa Credit.
You also receive Mocasa Credit in your merchant account on Mocasa after the customers paid with Mocasa Credit. You can initiate withdrawal to your bank account or e-wallet anytime on Mocasa merchant app, and we will transfer the equivalent amount of money as you initiated to your designated account within 7 business days.
The exact settlement period may vary from different merchants, please council with our sales team to get the exact number of days.
Please contact our customer service on the merchant APP, we will cancel the transaction for you within 2 hours.
1) For online stores, customers can simply choose Mocasa payment option while checking out. After the customer finished payment, the transaction data will be sent back to your merchant account via API or SDK immediately.
2) For in-stores, customers can either choose to scan the QR code of your Merchant Account from Mocasa app for customers to pay, or simply find your shop page on Mocasa app for customers and enter the exact amount of payment to pay. You’ll receive an immediate notification of an incoming payment.
We will add your store to the related category along with a picture or logo of your store with a description, customers can always find your store on Mocasa customer app while visiting the related category. We will recommend your store to customers nearby via our smart algorithm engine.
Each merchant partnered with us will be assigned with an exclusive support person. Please contact him/her for removing your store from our merchant app.
Yes, you’ll need a smartphone to install Mocasa merchant app, and the Internet connection to accept payments from customers.
